November 12, 2009 to 13, Hubei IPO’s expert group which is commissioned by the SIPO checked and accepted pilot city Shiyan and the State IPR Pilot Park, High-tech Zone of Xiangfan. Deputy Director of CSIPR Professor Peng Xuelong is invited as a major expert to participate in acceptance review and the head of expert group is deputy director of Hubei IPO Wang Guoxin.
After the acceptance, Professor Peng Xuelong also holds talks to de leadings of Xiangfan Municipal Science and Technology Bureau and Xiangfan IPO.
