Professor Cao Xinming, Professor Hu Kaizhong attend the Fifth Congress of Hubei Intellectual Property Research Association

November 20, 2009, the Fifth Congress of Hubei Intellectual Property Research Association is held in Chuyuan building, and about 100 experts from enterprises and institutions  of Hubei attend the conference. The Constitution of Hubei Intellectual Property Research Association (Revised) is passed during The Congress which also elects the members and executive director of Hubei Intellectual Property Research Association. Deputy director of  CSIPR Professor Cao Xinming, deputy director Professor Hu Kaizhong attend the meeting while Professor Cao Xinming is elected as Vice-Chairman and Professor Hu Kaizhong, Professor Peng Xuelong and Associate Professor Huang Yuye are elected as members.
